Returns & Refund & Exchanges
At Yoginis Activewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns, refunds, and exchanges process.
Return Policy:
- You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
- To initiate a return, please email us at hi@shopyoginis.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at hi@shopyoginis.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
- We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and process the exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
